At least worth a try for everyone who took a look at this thread.īut more importantly, if you plan to work on it again (I used the download version): Gave it a quick try (went as far as level 5 Lord of the levers). So you'll need to find someone to crawl behind the keyboard with you. Trine maybe too (perhaps a bit too much action)?Īnd how could I forget Omelette Quest! It's a 2 player game though. While on the topic of DS homebrew, there is Still Alive DS, which works like Portal: The Flash version If you like it and can, try the DS homebrew remake called Codename Hacker Most games by Nifflas (Withing a deep forest etc.) could fit as they are not action-intensive most of the time: Ĭhip's Challenge could also fit (Lolo's style). Do not bother with the so-called update remake called Pop-Up, unless you want to make your eyes and ears suffer. Project Eden (PC, not that much platforming happening though)īumpy (best version in terms of graphic is on ST but I'd recommend also the CPC version which does not look as good but is more "peaceful" - you will understand what I mean if you try both -) -) and its sequel Bumpy's arcade fantasy. Umihara Kawase (if you have a DS, I'd recommend this version as it contains both the original game + the sequel that was published on PSX). The Lost Vikings 1 & 2 (both on SNES I'd recommend) and if you like those, try the Game Maker game called The Lost Snowmen As the borders of this category are a bit vague by nature, some suggestions might no be 100% what you are looking for but anyway:
